This is a draft written to explain the product honestly. It needs review by qualified counsel and Dodo Payments before meaningful production volume.
What sponsors share
Your logo, brand name, optional website, and email. Card details go to Dodo Payments and never reach this site.
What's public
Your logo, brand name, website, spot, the price you paid, and when. Your email is never shown publicly.
What's used for safety
To limit abuse, checkout stores a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself. Logos uploaded for checkouts that are never paid are deleted after seven days.
Analytics
Anonymous page and checkout-step events (PostHog and Vercel Analytics) show which parts of the page work. They never include your email, logo, brand name or payment details. Your theme choice is stored in your browser.
Who processes data
Convex (database and file storage), Dodo Payments (checkout and refunds), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), and Clerk (the organizer's sign-in only).
Your rights
Email support@iamcrazy.lol to see, correct or delete your data. Payment records may be kept as long as the law requires.
