Terms

iamcrazy.lol sells 16 logo spots on one outfit: a white tee and white pants that Pawan (“the organizer”) will wear to their farewell party on October 30. A spot is a placement of your logo, printed on the outfit at that position, plus the extras described on the home page.

It is advertising placement and a bit of fun. It is not an investment, a donation, a prize, or a guarantee of any reach, views, sales or other result.

You may only pay if you are at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and can enter a binding transaction. If you buy for a company, you confirm you may act for it.

An open spot costs its listed price. A taken spot can be taken over by paying 2× what it last sold for. When that payment is verified, the new logo replaces the old one and the replaced sponsor is refunded in full, as the refund policy describes.

Opening checkout holds a spot for you for 10 minutes. If a payment completes after someone else has already bought the spot, it does not take the spot and is refunded in full automatically. A spot locks in if its next price would exceed $10,000.

Sales close on October 27, 00:00 UTC. Whoever holds a spot then is the sponsor whose logo is printed.

Dodo Payments runs checkout and acts as Merchant of Record and legal seller. Prices are in US dollars; your bank or Dodo may show or charge a converted amount. Provider, payment-method, fraud, or account limits may stop or delay a payment.

A spot is only yours once Dodo confirms the payment to us. Returning to this site after checkout is not confirmation.

You confirm you own the logo or have the right to use it, and that it follows the content policy. You give the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to reproduce it on the outfit, on this site, and in photos, videos and posts about the party, including after it.

Printing on fabric is approximate: colors, sizes and detail may differ from your file, and the organizer may resize, recolor to suit white fabric, or simplify a logo without distorting it. Photos may show any spot at any angle, or not at all.

The organizer will wear the outfit at the party and share photos, but cannot guarantee how many people attend, who photographs what, how posts perform, or that any spot is visible in any particular photo or video.

If the party is cancelled, or the organizer can't wear the outfit, every sponsor holding a spot gets a full refund.

To the extent the law allows, the organizer's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your spot. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law or Dodo Payments' terms.

The terms in force when you paid apply to that payment. Questions go to support@iamcrazy.lol.
