This is a draft written to explain the product honestly. It needs review by qualified counsel and Dodo Payments before meaningful production volume.
Taken over
When someone takes over your spot, your payment is refunded in full, automatically, the moment their payment is verified. It goes back to the card or method you paid with. Dodo Payments emails you a receipt; most banks show the money within 5–10 business days.
Paid for a spot that was already gone
Spots are held for 10 minutes when you open checkout. If your payment still completes after the spot changed hands, it does not buy the spot and is refunded in full automatically.
Party cancelled
If the party is cancelled or the organizer can't wear the outfit, every sponsor holding a spot gets a full refund.
Changing your mind
Email support@iamcrazy.lol before sales close on October 27, 00:00 UTC. If your spot can be reopened, you'll get a full refund. After sales close, printing has started and payments are final, except where the law says otherwise.
Logos that can't be printed
If your logo breaks the content policy by mistake, you'll be asked for another one, and refunded if that can't be sorted out. Logos submitted to deliberately break the policy may be removed without a refund.
Chargebacks
Please email support@iamcrazy.lol before disputing a payment with your bank. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law or Dodo Payments' terms as Merchant of Record.
